Omega 6 fatty acids can reduce inflammation and plays a crucial role in brain function. Omega 9 fatty acids protect against metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease risk factors. Non-GMO Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum, seed) 456 mg

Borage Oil (Borago officinalis, seed) 292 mg

Molecularly distilled Fish Oil (Anchovy) 456 mg

Providing: 300 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (flaxseed and fish oils) including 192mg of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), 65mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), and 43mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA); 210 mg of Omega-6 fatty acids (flaxseed, borage oils) as 132mg of Linoleic Acid (LA) and 78mg of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA); 150mg of Omega-9 fatty acids (borage oil) as Oleic Acid (OA).
